InfinitiCanvas collects very little personal data. The desktop app does not collect telemetry or upload your boards. We receive information only when you voluntarily provide it through the optional Welcome form, contact us, or purchase a license. The website uses first-party audience measurement so we can understand which pages help visitors — no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
Once installed, InfinitiCanvas runs entirely on your computer. It does not:
The only files the app writes outside your project files are small local records in your operating system's user-data folder — necessary to remember your trial state, your licence, and (if you filled in the Welcome form) your name and email.
The first time you open the app, a Welcome dialog asks for your name and email. This is optional — you can click "Skip for now" and use the trial without giving anything. If you do fill it in, here's what happens:
We use this information solely to (a) send you occasional product updates, (b) help you personally if you contact support, and (c) understand which OS versions to test the app on. We do not sell it, do not share it with third parties, and do not add you to any marketing list without explicit opt-in.
To request deletion of your name/email from our records, email hello@infiniticanvas.com. Your local trial state and installed app are unaffected by such deletion.
The website is hosted as static HTML. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, opens Stripe Checkout when you click Buy, and uses two audience-measurement services so we can understand which pages help visitors: AFS Analytics and Google Analytics 4.
The AFS tracker is configured in cookie-disabled mode, so it does not write a persistent visitor identifier in your browser. It can receive the page title and URL, referring site, and basic browser or device configuration needed to produce traffic statistics.
Google Analytics 4 sets a first-party cookie (_ga) in your browser to distinguish repeat visitors from new ones and to count real-time active users. Analytics storage is granted by default so this measurement works; advertising storage, ad-user data and ad-personalisation are denied by default, so no advertising cookies are set and Google receives no signals that identify you for advertising purposes. Google Analytics receives the page title and URL, referring site, and standard browser/device information. It does not receive your name, email address, payment amount, Stripe Checkout Session ID, whiteboard files, licence code, or activity inside the desktop app.
The site also uses a Google Ads tag to measure whether an advertisement leads to a purchase. The purchase event is count-only: the site removes any Stripe Checkout Session ID from the page URL supplied to Google and does not send the purchase amount or a transaction identifier. See Google's Privacy Policy.
You can block analytics and advertising-measurement requests with your browser's privacy or content-blocking controls without affecting the site or the app.
When you buy a license, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, and the country indicated by Stripe — nothing more. We use that information solely to:
Stripe's own privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy.
If you email us, we'll keep your email address and the contents of the conversation only as long as needed to help you. We do not add purchasers to a marketing list.
You can request deletion of any personal data we hold about you (essentially: your purchase record) by emailing hello@infiniticanvas.com. Note that deleting your purchase record does not automatically revoke your license key — you can still use the software.
