Who uses it at work
- Consultants and coaches walking clients through a framework or plan.
- Sales and solutions engineers sketching how a product fits a customer's setup.
- Support and customer success explaining settings or a process step by step.
- Engineers and analysts drawing system diagrams, data flows and quick calculations.
- Managers and trainers running onboarding, workshops and stand-ups.
A quick workflow
- Before the call, paste any screenshots you will talk over and save the board.
- In the meeting, share the InfinitiCanvas window (not your whole screen) so email and chat stay private.
- Draw boxes that snap clean with shape recognition, connect them with the line tool and circle what matters.
- Export a PNG and drop it in the meeting chat, a ticket or the follow-up email.
Why IT and security teams are comfortable with it
InfinitiCanvas runs locally with no account, no cloud storage and no telemetry. Boards are files on the user's own computer, so client diagrams never sit in a third-party cloud. It is available from the Microsoft Store and works offline after activation.
Good to know
It is a presenter's board rather than a shared workspace: participants watch rather than edit. There are no integrations with Teams, Slack or Jira; sharing is by screen share and PNG export.
Common questions
Can I buy licences for my team?
Each licence covers up to three of one person's computers. Email hello@infiniticanvas.com for volume pricing for five or more people.
Does it work on company-managed Windows laptops?
Usually yes, through the Microsoft Store. If the Store is blocked, a direct installer is available.
